How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
•USA/UK: 3-7 business days
•International: 7-14 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $100 (domestic). International orders have flat-rate fees.
Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost/damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glomeal.com with photos, and we’ll resolve it ASAP.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Buyer covers return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds process in 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take 2-3 extra days.
Is my payment info secure?
100%. We use SSL encryption and never store your credit card details.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Tax applies based on your shipping address. Final totals display before payment.

Are your products BPA-free?
Yes! All meal prep containers, bottles, and cutlery are 100% food-safe and BPA-free.
Can I microwave your containers?
Most are microwave-safe (check the product description for icons). Remove lids before heating.
How do I clean reusable cutlery?
Hand wash recommended for longevity. Bamboo/stainless sets are dishwasher-safe (top rack only).
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Email support@glomeal.com for custom pricing on orders of 10+ units.
